• Special hardened steel gears and pinions constantly operate in an oil bath in a sturdy reduction gear casing.
• The Telemecanique switchboard is enclosed in a sturdy metal box and is thus protected against any knocks and blows.
• The frame structure and protection guard prevent moving gears, belts, and driving parts from coming into contact with the outside.
• The access door to the inside features a Safety switch that stops the machine in case of accidental opening.
• The safety switch prevents the bending operation as long as the moving guard remains open.
• The two start controls ( one button on the control panel and one pedal unit with a protection device against accidental pressing) are of the “hold to run” type, meaning they have to be kept pressed to ensure operation.
• The P38 Evo bending bar is designed for bending iron bars up to a maximum of Ø 34 mm (1,34 inches).
