Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed in business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you by email or telephone.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delivery Policy
- Targets the minimum possible delivery period for products. Fridays and Saturdays are not included in the delivery period.
- If the order is not received within 10 working days, customer service should be contacted.
- Arab Pro assumes no liability for losses, costs, damages, or expenses caused directly or indirectly by delivery delays.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Arab Pro Tools is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
