Modification of Terms and Conditions.

The Company reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after modifications have been posted shall be deemed acceptance of the updated version.

Create a user account.

Correct and accurate information must be provided when registering and creating a user account. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of the account, password, and any activity carried out through it.

Electronic communication.

Any electronic transactions or communications with the Company are legally binding. Calls or emails may be recorded and saved for training purposes or service improvement in accordance with Saudi regulations.

Orders and Sales Contract.

The order is considered binding upon the Company's confirmation of the order or upon receipt of the sale price. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if an error in price or technical description is found.

Prices and payment methods.

Prices in the shopping cart or unconfirmed orders may change if adjusted before the order is confirmed. The prices quoted include VAT and may change without prior notice before order confirmation.

Delivery and pick-up.

Orders are delivered according to the company's approved schedules, not including Fridays and Saturdays. The responsibility of the product passes to the customer upon receipt.

Return and Exchange Policy.

Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt if unused and in the original packaging. Chemical or expired products, promotional products, and free items are excluded. Returns due to company faults or shipping damage are covered by the company.

Warranty and maintenance.

The company provides warranty against manufacturing defects as per the manufacturer's instructions and Saudi regulations. The warranty does not cover consumable parts, misuse, negligence, accidents, or maintenance outside manufacturer recommendations.

Intellectual Property Rights.

All content of the website, including images, text, logos, and design, is the property of the company. Reuse or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

Law and Jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The courts of Dammam City shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of the use of the Website or dealing with the Company.
